For this typography project, I designed a non-uniform block structure that served as the layout for text placement. The story, titled "The Unfortunate," is a microfiction that sets the scene with an engaging introduction to immediately capture the reader’s attention. It offers a brief glimpse into a scenario, complete with a beginning and an ending, leaving you wondering about what could have happened next.
The block structure was created using a base grid, which gradually evolved into a dynamic, random-shaped layout. The weight of each sentence is intentionally styled to reflect its meaning, adding depth and emphasis to the narrative.
